A Kitchen Battle Plan for Small Flies – Staten Island

This in person class will highlight the main small fly species and their habitats. Sanitation challenges will be discussed and a proven and effective plan to solve these issues will be explained. At the end of this session, you’ll be more knowledgeable about small flies and have more confidence to win the kitchen battle.
